It could be any emotion from delight, relief, tears to nerves..it's what makes you love this sport, without these emotions you wouldn't love the sport the way you do. You back these guys just like you back your football team. Your waving them in to finish job, willing to see fight through, bobbing and weaving when there under attack, throwing every punch with them.

I'm gonna start with this one,

Bernard Hopkins after schooling Kelly Pavlik, early hours of a Sunday morning i'm sat in awe of what i just seen. When he stared down press row i had tear in my eye as i knew the symbolic meaning of what he was doing. Proving the doubters wrong. No one could take Bernard's greatness from him that night.

    It's a moment i will never forget.

    6:50 onwards

Usually i was rant on about something, but this video needs no rant. Roy Jones is a winner, and that's something you can never take out of any man. Roy Jones looks so weak, when the fella is walking him out of the building..he almost looks like he is going to cry when he takes a deep breath.

That woman at the 3min 30 mark is beautiful.....

Some good choices there, As much as Tyson did wrong..it's still hard to dislike him..remember him slumped on the ropes against Williams..time was up for Mike.

I remember watching the fight online and it cutting out around round 5. I was not only fuming with that but Froch's start to the fight. I neigh on gave up..i thought he was gonna get beat on a ud but i though i just chuck it on 5live and listen to commentary just in case he swings it around. Them last 6 minutes i was on feet waving him in and shaking shouting ''go on do him,go on carl finish him!!'' then letting out a war cry as the fight was stopped, all at 4 in the morning. I couldn't believe what i was hearing Mike Costello's commentary was immense and lil Duke getting excited it was a great night for sure.

The Cotto loss to Margo hurt me, Probably cos it was his first but also because it happened so quickly. One minute boxing a beautiful fight and then all of a sudden his face was a crimson tide and he was on last legs. Him walking back to locker room with towel by himself was sad.

First time Shane lost to Vernon Forrest. My heart literally skipped a beat. I hated Forrest after that.

And Tysons loss to Douglas. I remember being the only kid in class who defended Mike.

    Calzaghe-Hopkins.

It must have been the 7th round when the Missus had enough and decided to get up and leave. But I battled on like a true soldier and watched the last 5 rounds all on my own.

    That was pretty emotional.

Hatton beating Zoo. The relief and joy was something that was only matched when Liverpool beat Milan in Istanbul.

The hurt of his two defeats.

Watching my cousin's pro fights and seeing him get stopped on a cut caused by an accidental clash of heads in his second bout. That was pretty grim. F*ckin BBBoC rules.

Tyson lying with has arm over his face after being KO'd by Lewis. Prior to the fight I wanted Lewis to win, but I realised how much Tyson meant to me seeing him lying there, helpless.

Pricey winning in the quarters of the olympics.

    Pricey losing in the semis.

Being awestruck by Manny in his wins over Oscar, Ricky and Cotto.

Being pissed right off by the fact Manny v Floyd didnt happen (it will though!).

Telling everyone that would listen that Naz would be beaten by MAB, then it happening.

Being horrified at Lewis - Holyfield I decision.

Being horrified at Eubank - Benn II decision.

Feeling pretty smug after Haye v Valuev penned out exactly as I predicted - right down to the hand injury.

Dito. The heart Cotto showed in those two bouts was unbelievable.

Winning a grand on Khan being sparked by Presscott, going crazy then my buzz being diminished by the heart Khan showed trying to get up on the slow motion replays. That was a bit of a roller coaster.

Having money on the Sniper beating Wlad.

Kostyas losing speach after the Hatton fight. The sportsmanship and class he showed that night brought a tear to my eye.
