He said Leonard "survived Duran's power". And you went onto say "but he didn't overcome Duran's power to win".

He won the rematch and overcame Duran's power to win. I'll go one better, Leonard's defense was so good throughout the rematch he never even needed to survive/overcome Duran's power. It was totally negated by Leonards intelligence and ring generalship.

There is no point in carrying on this thread anymore.

Rumprooster lost to me in the debate, and people like John Thomas, magoo and several others helped to pummel this moron Rooster, who can't hold his own in a fight.

The enemy of the people of ESB has been defeated.

Sure there ain't. You lost, that's why. You ran out of steam which is what i told you was going to happen. But you had to find out for yourself the hard way.

If you can't do the time then don't do the crime.

I have to admit though, you, Griffo, Magoo gave it everything you had. The problem was that you all were outclassed from the beginnning

Rooster has been beaten half to death so many times, that if chat forums caused the same trauma as boxing, he'd be the next rain man. In fact, he definately repeats himself enough to be.

    Magoo beat you by disembowelment.:dead
Actually the beat down he gave you was a bit of a waste to be honest. The intelligence and logic he used to squash your feeble and tourettes-like squeaking was akin to using a sledge hammer to swat a fly.Or to use a boxing analogy using a Julian Jackson bomb on a glass jaw like Terry Norris's.:D

Magoo didn't do anything but shut his ass up. He's the kind of person who just pretends to know what he's talking about. He's on your level. :D

I knew he wasn't capable of discussing the finer points with me and that he was just letting off steam. I like the way you all keep leaning on each other for moral support which is understandable considering what I put you all through. My question is why do you all keep coming back for more Norris-Leonard like beatings?

Because we like giving you the same type of beating that Norris gave Leonard, only unlike a past prime fighter like Leonard, you're simply a never was.

    I also found this.

Marvin Hagler "pound for pound" the best at the time of the fight L12 to ex welterweight champion Sugar Ray Leonard.

(Loses WBC title, and the universally recognised undisputed title)

Why ex-lightweight?. Just to make the loss look even worse I suspect.

That ex lightweight moved up another two divisions and took a prime Hagler the distance as well don't forget. PRIME HAGLER
