Kell will be lucky to win a fringe world title. His list of opponents is pathetic, 95% of them have about 2 stoppage wins in their whole careers. He is too upright, leans back instead of moving his feet and doesn't have particularly impressive power.

He has improved and has quick hands, but I saw him dropped by a journeyman due to his poor defence and footwork and his opponents suggest that his camp know he is chinny.

I don't expect him to even win a world title never mind be able to become great or challenge the likes of Pacman.

Pacman would destroy him in the opening round.
