Oh jeez, you're going to not-pic. He moved when he was a kid. That was my point. Hes lived most of his life in America. Why are people making an issue of this meaningless point? Are we all gonna make a huge deal out of Chisora being Zimbabwean and Martisoyan being Armenian now too? I made a very simple point. The guy has spent the vast majority of his life in America. Hes an American citizen. How much beating can this dead donkey take?
lol. Now two of the biggest trolls and worst posters on here have joined forces. Why don't you troll each other instead of wasting everyone's else's time with your inane drivel? You both seem to have an awful lot of free time on your hands and seem to be the same level of stupid. Both of you can F-off. I'm out of this for good this time. lol
Maybe if you actually ****ed off when you said you'd **** off, this dumb conversation wouldnt still be going.
Yeah. Haven't been watching too long but I stick to my gut and I really don't think hes that special. I'm not saying hes trash because he has a loss, I'm saying he's not THAT good based on what I've seen of him. BTW, I picked him over GRJ before the fight. I just don't think hes the guy hes being made out to be. We'll see if I'm right.
How long have you been watching and how many Cotto matches have you actually seen. Loma is very impressive, he shut out a very good prospect in Russell and did as good as anyone could hope for against a WW Salido, and hurt him bad in the last round. Loma will rule the division, its only a matter of time.:good
I've only been watching as a fan since like 2008. I've seen most Cotto fights since I really like his style. And as I said, we'll see if Loma as good as marketed. I remember people talked just like you did before the Salido fight then they disappeared and as soon as he beats completely unproved GRJ they come storming back. Btw, I picked Loma over GRJ because I didn't think he was good at all and I feel that my initial feelings were correct.
I picked Salido over Loma for the record and the fact that he did well late sold me on him, through all the ball shots and disadvantages in weight, he still almost KO'd Salido late in the fight that impressed me. I've been watching since I can remember which is over 30 years.
p4p king = Lomachenko HW king = Klitschko p4p hardest puncher in sport = kovalev most ducked fighter in the sport = golovkin Not surprising at all really, European men are the physically strongest specimens on this earth especially the ones from east and north europe. Boxing is a very physical sport.
I think Golovkin's is p4p hardest puncher. Multiple sparring partners say he hits like heavyweight. That is insane for a middleweight.
I warned you all They're coming, you can't run, you can't hide. They will destroy everything in their path.:deal
Not all of them have to be great.80% could be crap but if they are producing a couple of p4p level fighters in different classes then they are dominating for me.They have Golovkin at middle,Kovalev at lt heavy, the Klits and Povetkin at heavy. And Lomachenko will be a p4p star for many years.Usyk will be a future cruiser and heavyweight champ.
Skills are number one in boxing, and one could easily say speed is a bigger factor than strength. Variances in speed are usually far more pronounced than strength differences. One man out lifting another by a bit isn't necessarily an indicator of greater knockout power or toughness. Much of that comes from mental fortitude and speed/power and technique. Besides, if your claim of euros being the strongest stems from strongman competitions and power lifting, boxing isn't either of those. We're talking completely different types of athletes. I could just as easily say football players, of whom most are black, are some of the strongest, fastest and most powerful, all together making for a more well rounded athlete. Not to mention powerlifting is not just brute strength but well coached technique, and I'd like to know how many blacks or any other races are even competing in strongman competitions as compared to whites. You see, not every sport is balanced enough to make your claim valid.
No one is beating wlad anytime soon, but Golovkin will be beat by Ward and I'm going with hopkins for the upset against Kovalev. Rigo beats Loma too if they fight. I'm not familiar with the rest of these eastern euros, but altogether this seems like wishful thinking from a known race obsessed moron.
