all our american lhw's are busy committing home invasions. otherwise we'd have the top hundred spots.
When Americans dont have twice as many world titlists as the next nation, then you can say that America is no longer the "pinacle" And Im not even American
Unless you're known to others by a prior name you just joined esb. So I'm not sure of your esb "history". Racist is a term thrown around too much and with hypocrisy by many (obvious racists calling others racist). You're obviously not fair to EE fighters saying that they "suck", which is moronic. A 5 fight EE pro just demolished :deada US former LHW titlist. I suppose Cloud is now "garbage" since he lost to a near EE amateur 15 years is right, and that's barely enough time to build up a history of success and all around farm system at the pro level. I think it's rather remarkable what they've accomplished in a short time. One thing is certain, American dominance in boxing has ended. That seems to have many on esb very disturbed, as if their self esteem is derived by the accomplishments of others in the ring :-( Maybe you're one of them. The best US fighter is 37+ y/o FM... BH is 49 FFS  And if the EE fighters in the Communist block were competing earlier US dominance would have been, well not as dominant. Maybe just very competitive as Americans were tougher people generations ago :deal
You are a tit. You make things up. Why not shut up and work hard at growing up. Talking like that will lead people to believe you may only be around 9 years old.
It's Thread Titles likes this one, which take me back to the good old days of the Cold War. Ahhh the nostalgia! And, where there were indeed at least 30 brands of Vodka listed on the tariff of Bar Soviet. Good times.
For the record I'm 34, and most of that stuff happened to me between the ages of 10 to 20, and no I'm not making it up, I was a reckless kid, and the laughing emoticon should have been a tip off that I realize what an ass I used to be as a child, and the post made me look like an idiot. Some of you guys need to lighten up, not be so serious all of the time.
I have to say, in all seriousness, I'm already a big fan of Vasyl Lomachenko and looking forward to watching his career progress.
Hypocritical how all these posters who preach tolerance and equal play have no issue abandoning these principles when Eastern Europeans are involved. If not for the influx of Russo/Soviet/Eastern Euro fighters the sport would be in a sad state. It is about time the status quo gets shaken up in this sport.
So basically this :canadabitchboy is saying that unless a sport is dominated by Blacks, it is due to lack of participation and a conscious effort to keep them away. :rofl
You could hardly say, though, that there is racial homogenity in Eastern Europe. I guess it depends on how thinly you want to slice it. Provodnikov, at the very least, however, is obviously asian.
In the spirit of fairness, I randomly selected one of the Boxers listed by CST80, whom I'd never heard of - Fedor Chudinov - a Russian who, over the course of five years, has amassed a record of 11-0-0 (KO 9). I watched the one and only televised bout I could find of his on youtube. It was a first round TKO (1m 11s) so I didn't glean a great deal. However, looking at his record, his last bout was against a guy called Andy Perez of the Dominican Republic, who'd had a 19-0-0 (KO 18 ) record. Fedor W TKO3. Impressive? Far from it - as I discovered that Mr. Perez has an extraordinary history of beating novice Boxers, many of whom have never won a single bout, with records that read: 0-7-0 0-10-0 0-11-0 0-4-0 0-9-0 0-4-1 0-2-0 0-4-0 0-6-0 0-3-0 0-2-1 0-7-0 I wouldn't have believed it, had I not looked it up and read it for myself. This is the level of opposition, which gives the impression that Fedor Chudinov is a prospect but something tells me that, unless a fairly swift and steep rise in the quality of opponents occurs during the next few years, his name is not one we will be associating with the term 'World Beater' any time soon.
there is a lot of decent eastern European fighters coming through, what will hold them back is the personalities / marketability factor. GGG I think is terrific boxer who'se got a 90% KO ratio against several top 10 mws, however until recently he struggled to sell 10k tickets because he doesn't have that celebrity factor which draws fans to watching him / buying tickets or PPV, This may change for GGG, but he needs to fight an established PPV fighter, (cotto / alverez?) but if he happened to be from USA or England I think he'd be a PPV star by now. In relation to USA, their decline in the higher weight classes is partly due to the athletic sizable guys preferring American football as its easier and pays better certainly at the start of their careers. In the lower weights there's plenty of decent fighters coming out of the USA, think Crawford looks a very good prospect as does Andrade. it is good that other countries are producing boxers though, China have a HW coming though and the more people around the world who like boxing, the more good boxers they'd be and hopefully there'll be more decent fights.
Wait a minute, you're telling me you don't enjoy GGG's interviews!? "Max, I fight good. Max, I do for the fans, Max. Thank you, Max. Max."
