    I think Lara is 2 to 3 times better David Lemuiex at least !

    Same here my friend. Guys like Raines make up the backbone of the sport, we need to realize that, while they may lose at the world class level, things like lack of an amateur background, short prep time and lack of backing to finance training do play a role.

    Not saying that Raines would necessarily be world class if he had all those things, but he have these handicaps that may help account for some of his showings.

    Anyway, as stated, I echo your sentiments, and wish Team Raines good luck!

    Hell we all know its possible,I never once said I know we
    are going to win.All I have said Raines is a super student
    Of the game, he can adapt to imposible situations.Just
    like the fight with Greene.We had been training for 7 weeks
    to fight a right handed white boy.3 days before the fight
    We are switched with the bad ass lefty , after 6 rounds
    & no left handed prep time or sparring we won the last
    2 rounds of the fight.And yes I know Lara is prob more
    Than Greene. Just like Greene was more that Mitchelle
    & Mitchelle was gonna be more than simms.Its just the
    Cards we are delt with if we want to play in this game.That's all.

    You seem pretty realistic about all this Stacy. Like I said, I wish you an Delray the best of luck in this fight. I will absolute freak if Delray scores the upset, it would be a real life Rocky story.

    Delray is tough and brave and I always want him to win but having no amateur fights vs a guy who is as accomplished an amateur as you can be it will be a difference

    I would love to get him fight where the opponents have a little
    experience as him , hell twice as much would ok lol , But they don't want him .
    We got a few calls with Hearn ,Jones and Lemuiex when we
    were more or less retired , Would love to get calls like that now !
