I don't want to write Lopez off after 2 and a bit rounds but I agree, he seems wild and I can't see Russell Jr having much trouble with him. He doesn't seem to be a big puncher either despite the record, decent fight though.
Lopez is going to get destroyed by Russell, he's waiting on his opponent, Russell won't even give him time to wait.
Lopez has great posture and then punches like he's never faced a southpaw. His foot's inside the right of Tolmajyan and he's waiting for a shot that never appears and then throws an amateurish swing.
Russell would rip him apart. Wondering how the hell Lopez has racked up the KO's with the punches he has thrown so far they look half assed he doesn't seem to have committed once yet.
Tolmajyan just looks a much more well-rounded fighter to me, Lopez's timing is a little better in that round but I still think he lost it.
Roy playing along with Teddy analogies and making Teddy look like an amateur I can't see lopez meeting Russell if this keeps going on like this.
This is the stage of the fight where Lopez needs to stop over thinking it and just let his hands go as though he's on the bag - walk forward and throw the short combinations that should be instinctive.
Not to sure if the weight really is making the difference Lopez just doesn't look to want to be in there at all. Waiting for something but I dunno what he's been beat to almost every punch when he waits.
My thoughts exactly. Hopefully Lopez won't be watching the video of this Teddy hasn't left him alone tonight
