Manny's gonna break his hand on Clottey's elbow if he keeps nailing it like that.

    Round 5

Pac is finally slowing down a bit. Clottey is emboldened, coming at him with crisp jabs and right hands. Pac responds in kind. Both men blocking most of the other's offense. Each gives ground and then takes it back. Pac closely orbits Clottey, and Clottey pivots with him but doesn't punch. Pac starts throwing lead lefts and Clottey merely leaning back rather than letting them land on the gloves - maybe the reluctance to continue relying on the high guard denotes a hand injury? He has no choice but to revert to the guard as Pac picks it up and throws both hands in rapid succession.

    Pac 4-1.

By how this fight is being talked about it looks like Pacquiao will win on workrate alone ala Williams/Wright. Clottey needs to open up more but not try to slug it out. He needs to fight smart and avoid lying on the ropes or corners for long periods of times but instead use the 1-2 and counter his shots. Don't forget to cover up yet still be effective, you can do it Clottey! Good luck to both fighters!
