-Mayweather family accuse Manny Pacquiao of being on steroids after the hatton fight. -Fans don't bite. -Mayweathers say he is on roids because he took Cotto's punches. -Talks of a lawsuit come up and the accusations fade again. -Mayweathers request Olympic Style drug testing for their match up. Pacquiao declines. -Floyd fans bite. -Mayweather fans investigate olympic style drug testing, USADA, what drugs are found only during the blood tests, which doctors think blood is definitely needed, and how long these drugs can stay in your system. -Anti-Mayweather fans remind the Floyd Mayweather fans that manny has never tested positive and never been suspect. -Mayweather fans say he refused the drug tests and is pretending to be scared of needles. -Anti-Mayweather fans tell them he is willing to give blood and is not scared of needles. -Mayweather fans point out he gave blood before his Hatton fight. -Anti-Mayweather fans point out it was 24 days before the Hatton fight. -Mayweather fans call him scared, and say he is on the drugs they think can only be found by blood tests -Anti-Mayweather fans are disappointed to find out Floyd has been in talks to fight in the UK with Matthew Hatton. -Mayweather fans blame Manny and even though they think he is cheating, still want to see Manny fight their beloved Floyd, in the face of all of his steroid speed and power. So what started out as Mayweather Sr. claiming Pacquiao was "on something" for no reason has now turned into "Manny Pacroid is on EPO and HGH to raise his speed and endurance since they can't be detected in urine, and he doesn't want to take the drug tests because he knows he can't beat Floyd without them in his system, so he would rather walk away from $40 million than face Floyd fair and square" All the while, there are articles everywhere saying "floyd never wanted to fight manny" and phone calls are being made to Matthew Hatton for Floyd to fight in the UK. Floyd said he wanted his next fight to be in the UK before all of this came up. Manny never said he had any desire to fight Paulie Malignaggi or Yuri Foreman until all this Mayweathers talk got out of hand. A lie turned into a lawsuit turned into an almost dead super fight. A guy who fought and beat Barrera and Morales is supposed to be scared of Floyd Mayweather Jr. I'll say that again..... a guy who beat Barrera and Morales is supposed to be scared of FLOYD MAYWEATHER Jr. Who would you rather have punching you, little Floyd, or Miguel Cotto?
It's all a load of rubbish. It's so ignorant to just say 'Pac's on steroids'. Trust me, it would take a lot more than steroids to do what Pacquiao's done. Steroids just aid muscle definition, they don't add strength or increase speed.
You can be scared of LOSING to a guy, without being scared of the guy personally. Heck, it's what people accuse Floyd of all the time...being scared of losing.
hmm..this post makes too much subjective sense.....dosent belong on ESB- be prepared to be bombarded with the power of mob fanatacism.
This just shows how ludicrous the whole thing is - Pacquia wants the fight to cement his legacy and the money,Floyd wants the fight for the money. The whole steroids issue has been drummed up for publicity reasons.I think it has gone further than Manny wanted so the libel case may have some merit, but i'm thinking Roach just wants to show he still has the upper hand. Either way the fight will get done.
People are suspicious of Pac for being on steroids, not simly becasue the Mayweather's had an opinion that he might have been, but becasue he refuses to take a couple of simple random blood tests and would rather duck Mayweather to fight Maliginaggi or Foreman.
The goal is to be objective, Genius. ESB is saturated with subjective idiots [*******s, de la Hoya worshippers, and Klitschko nut lappers] and LACKS objectivity.
Blah blah blah blah blah .. Iv never seen someone so scared that his hero might be a cheat. For your sake I hope he is not, I have a feeling you may just kill yourself if he is.
I agree. I immediately saw this as a publicity stunt/pissing match that ended up going a little too far and henceforth spun out of control. I'd be blown away if this fight doesn't happen---there is too much money in it for everyone, and money is what makes the world go 'round. Floyd cares about his legacy too though, he'll just never admit it. He just tries to put forth that "rapper mentality" of "all I care about is money, I'm too cool to have feelings for ________ entity."
