He comes out with statements saying "floyd, stop fighting in the talk shows.. fight me in the ring man to man" after all this **** goes down. What has floyd himself said on anything going on? All I hear from manny is he wants to make the fight.... then we get mayweathers camp fumbling over their own words with Mosley not having to give blood, and pacquiao being supposed to.. then we hear they want USADA and then they are willing to move off of it...... it's a bunch of dumb ****. Why even bring it up... Floyd should have kept his mouth shut and signed the fight... he will probably win, why is he so scared?

you know damn well which is easier. Don't label me a floyd fan just bc i defend him. I'm not the one bashing a fighter's career who happens to generate mult million dollars fights and is considered one of the best boxers.

How is he scared? Manny walked away and said the fight is off...not mayweather.....Mayweather negotiated with most of pacquiao's demands....he got the 50/50 split when mayweather has sold more PPV's, Manny got his glove size....

Mayweather asked for random-blood testing, he then dropped the USADA.....Pacquiao was still not willing to budge....and also the video after the first morales fight is garbage.....first it was manny lost because of the socks, then the gloves, now blood before the fight:huh....

If he claims to be so eager to fight, then he should present his own plain of random blood testing....what happened to the freddie roach statement of we will give blood 5 days before the fight?

What I think has happened is Pacquiao thinks he has more pull then he does.....Mayweather was probably takin off guard by how the Pacquiao camp flat out said NO, and then the lawsuit came....Where is the Lawsuit for Malignaggi, Cinton, Mosley has hinted, and cotto has now joined the crowd...Well, where is their libel suit?

yeah, because making money = best fighters.

Pernell whittaker never drew a 2.4 ppv buy rate.
Floyd is clearly better than him.

I don't even want to think how much better floyd is than ali.
What type of numbers did Ali do? Not enough to be a better boxer than floyd.

That's a good point, but it was in the context of how to make his argument not seem like an accusation.
If floyd wanted to fight Manny, he wouldn't have brought up steroids.
If manny wanted to be offended by the accusations, he has every right.

It's 2 different contexts. I am not telling floyd he should think one way, i'm suggesting he could have made his case better a different way.

Sorry *****s, if it smells like a duck, walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, then by golly it's the FACTS:

Guarantee a cut off date - NOPE
NFL, MLB, NBA drug testings agencies - NOPE
    Independent agency - NOPE

    Then they start backtracking. :huh

    Schaefer

FH: If there was a third party involved or hired to do the blood-testing, who or what would it be?

Schaefer: I have some suggestions. One of which was actually the one which Top Rank had recommended, which is the agency that does the NFL and Major League Baseball [The National Center for Drug Free Sports, based in Kansas City, Mo.] The problem is they only do urine.

But I'm sure that if they do urine, they could probably retain someone else to do the blood testing as well. If it would be that agency, that would be okay with us as long as it's random, it's urine, it's blood, and it is cut off at a date prior to the fight which maintains the integrity of the tests.

Wonder why they didn't accept it the first time. :huh

    ******************************************************************
    Schaefer

"We are OK to move off USADA," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. "What we're saying, and what is important to us, is four things -- that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective. Three of them we have agreed on -- random, blood and urine. So now it is a matter of the two sides working out the specifics of the cutoff date to assure it will still be effective."

    Arum

“Schaefer is making it up,” Arum said without hesitation.
    ...
“It is not true, it is just not true. He is making this up now because he looks bad. He is making this up because he is trying to justify it to Mayweather. Let’s see if he can justify it to Mayweather why this fight is now dead.”

Isn't the issue here, the "RANDOM" blood test? And has it been "AGREED" upon? :huh

    ******************************************************************

    Schaefer

"Now that I've learned more about this, boxing now will have an outspoken advocate for blood testing in the sport," Schaefer said. "I plan to ask Nevada to have Travis Tygart explain why blood tests are necessary. This is not about hitting a baseball, throwing a football or hitting a puck. This is a sport that's mano-a-mano, with guys hitting each other's heads. It's important that the strongest testing possible is in place."

    Arum

"No. 2, we would agree to take the blood test in January within 30 days of the fight and any other random blood tests that the Nevada State Athletic Commission elected to do without a timeline," said Arum. "We're so confident that the Nevada Commission would do the right thing that we don't have to put a timeline in there."

    Kizer

GL: As of now have any petitions been filed?

    KK: "No."

    :huh

“As long as there's a blood test, as long as there's a urine test and as long as it's random, a [specified] cutoff date is agreeable to us," Mayweather promoter Richard Schaefer said. "We're saying, 'We're OK,' and we hope Pacquiao [and his promoter and trainer] are OK."

This was offered before and they said NOPE! USADA or no fight.
