How do you define what the exchanges are during a fight? And have they changed in any way over the years? Maybe I'm a miserable old man, but it seems to me that Fighters in the past more often exchanged in offense and defense at the same time, which is how I would sort of Define the exchanges I guess. As opposed to fighter A attacking fighter B defending and then fighter B takes his turn, Etc. Has anyone noticed this?
