The "Experts" Pick Cotto vs. Margarito

I agree with that, but i think Cotto has what it takes to beat Margarito. I never depend on the experts unless i feel i dont know enough from one of the fighters.

I just watche Williams Margarito Again great ****ing fight, I dont see How Williams makes the weight I really dont, the man is alot taller than 6'2 as they say he is, and he looks like a light heavy if not a small cruiser.
Tony was able to have good success in that fight, and if you look at it this way, Tonys losses were mostly to southpaws but that isnt the factor the factor is, two of them were Big men and those who got wins over Tony did not have an easy time getting it.

i was scared as hell towards the end of that fight because tony was reaaaalllly turning it on from round 8 on.... i wasnt sure if paul was going to make it but he pulled it out... they both have great determination because tony was giving paul all he had and there was times where he slowed down

but he never quit... & his losses is irrelevant anyways... cept for the pw 1..

he was in the wrong weight class in 1 and the other 3 came when he was still a too raw

 

that means **** the only thing which matters is whoever walks out victorious on saturday night

 

From about the fourth Round Paul started to hold which I dont blame him he had a high work rate, but he was also facing someone who was also right there and wouldnt go away, from the sixth round on it was clear that Paul was having trouble with Margarito, and Tony began to take command, there was a big difference in Pauls jab in teh first five rounds compaired to the remaining rounds, the first 5 it was a snappy jab from 6 on it was a flicking jab and it seemed to me that Paul was just throwing anything he could to keep Margarito off of him it wasnt like he was trying to sit down on them shots.
I would love to see a rematch

 

Might as well add Teddy Atlas to the list who are picking Miguel Cotto.

Plus, David Haye is taking Cotto on points and the other British analyst on the show with him is takin Cotto by late TKO.
