After doing some research this is what i came up with.

These guys were all great they all fought each other and some won some lost, back then it did not matter you fought the fights win or loose there is always next time. There were also some other great fighters in their era that some of them fought, like Benitez and Barkley. Also some wins over some prime guys like Virgl Hill and John Mugabi, that defines their rank, but here is how I would rank them.

    #1 Duran
    Pros:
    -He had over 100 wins.
    -Gave Leonard his first Lost
    -Gave Hagler a tough fight
-KO Davey Moore as an under dog and the smaller man
-Beat Iran Barkley as an under dog and the much smaller man
-Won first title in 1972 and the last in 1989
    Cons:
    -No Mas
    -KO in 2 by Hearns
    -lost to Benitez

    #2 Leonard
    Pros:
    -No Mas
    -Beat Benitez in his prime
-Beat a Prime undefeated Hearns is a classic for the ages
-Beat Hagler as an underdog in his fight after a long retirement - arguably
    -Beat Duran a second time
    Cons:
    -Only had 38 fights
-was given a gift Draw against Hearns in the second fight a fight he lost
    -got KO by Camacho

    #3 Hearns
    Pros:
-Pepino Cuevas KO impressively more so than the others
    -Beat Benitez
    -KO Duran in 2
-Beat Virgil Hill in his prime
-Became 4 division champ at the time
-Arguably beat Leonard in part 2 - although a Draw on the books
    Cons:
-Lost the biggest fight of his life against Sugar
-Got KO'd in 3 by Hagler
-Got KO'd and beat by Barkley which Duran Beat
    -never officially beat Leonard

    #4 Hagler
    Pros:
-Beat every top MW in his era
    -Held the title for ever
    -KO Hearns in 3
    -Beat John the Beast Mugabi
-Fought Leonard on even terms some say he won
-only losses other than Leonard were early against tough Philly guys in Phi
    Cons:
-Did not have enough Marquee matches
-Struggled with an outsized and past prime Duran
-Lost to Leonard in the biggest fight of his life
    -Draw against Antefermo

    Thoughts?

Leonard obviously fared the best in terms of their fights with each other and how each did in that 'Fab Four' era of the early-mid 80's. Their whole careers taken into account, Duran's at the top. Hearns and Hagler are hard to split. Marvin has the H2H win but Tommy has the slightly more impressive career all things considered. They're interchangeable as I see it.

I also think that the results of their fights with Benitez, Cuevas, Moore, Mugabi, Hill and of course Barkley impacted their standing great era in boxing

My favorite is Leonard too, he only fought 36 times though and got KO by Camacho and beat up bad by Norris and remember Duran was the only one to beat Leonard

Entire careers: Duran, Leonard, Hagler, Hearns
Within the Fab 4: Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran

Duran's win over Leonard is the best of their collective wins.

Honestly can't see how someone can rate Duran over Leonard when Leonard even though he had far less fights had the better resume.
