I give preference to the most complete fighter of the fab four and huge credit to the only one of them to defeat all the other members.

    1. Sugar Ray Leonard
    2. Roberto Duran
    3. Tommy Hearns
    4. Marvin Hagler

He also performed better than Duran at Welterweight in my opinion. But I think they are all regarded as the fab four because they all fought one another, whereas a Hagler Benitez fight never took place. Would have been a horrible matchup for El Radar.

I love Wilfred Benitez though. Fantastic boxer and seemed fairly likeable outside of the ring.

    1. Duran - naturally the smallest, the only to be generally considered best ever at his weight. Beat the second best P4P of the 4. Went up 2 weight classes to fight the biggest of the 4 and took him fairl close.

    2. Leonard - beat them all, second smallest of the 4. His resume doesnt have the depth or longevity of Durans though and because Duran beat him despite being smaller Duran ranks above

    3. Hagler - dominant, longevity, cleaned out his division and fought everyone. Beat 2 of the 4. But was the biggest, can't be ranked over Leonard/Duran, lost to the smaller Leonard, not as skilled as these 2 either

    4. HEarns - lost the 2 biggest fights of his career. Fought everyone at 147 but missed some top guys at 154 and got destroyed by Hagler. My pet peeve is he didn't look as good when he fought guys his own size

Hagler of course was fighter of the eighties (sorry Leonard fans) not to mention winner of four consecutive p4p titles.

Cuevas was the best welter since Napoles and most destrutive. He definitely left his mark on the sport.

Norris, conqueror of legends and King of the ring. Seeing is believing isn't it?

And Tommy Hearns, conqueror of Cuevas.

Tbooze, who says Tommy didnt do well with fighters his own size? He fared well with Shuler and Hutchings.

And once you offer proof I'll agree with you.

    Napoles, then Cuevas.
