    It's absolutely BS that Stiverne was installed as his mandatory. He's done nothing to deserve it. This has to be Don King doing. smh

    If Luis Ortiz was made mandatory then it would be understandable. But Stiverne? In the last year and half he has fought once and struggled by a nobody. Come on man.
