All these fantasy match ups between Mayweather and GGG or GGG vs Hagler, cut the **** those guys are retired and far ahead of Golovkin in the ATG rankings. The fight you guys keep skipping is between Golovkin and Andre Ward. They are both active and Ward ain't running, in fact he is the only guy that is super vocal about busting Gennady's ass (pause) and all you guys keep obsessing about Floyd, who you wanted out of the boxing game anyway, so here is a double dose of ****ing reality fellas.

You guys love to take trainer's words as bond since the Freddie Roach days so here is Abel telling you what Gennady wants to do and if Ward is active enough they can fight.

Here is Gennady being asked by Ward to his face if he wants them hands at the 3:14 mark:

Here is Golovkin ducking Ward some more , but he is an unstoppable beast that can destroy welter weights ,eh?

Golovkin is such a beast that Abel says he dropped and hurt Kovalev, but Ward is too big for Golovkin in the fanboys head:

But hey the face of boxing is crazy to ask GGG to do something that Floyd has done, move up and move back down. Remember Oscar at 154 and then Hatton at 147 done by Floyd in 1 year. Excuses.

The point is this is a fight that can be made. Mayweather is retired and arguable can tell any opponent he faces what the hell to do because he is the boss. Right now GGG team can't beat a coke head in the boardroom so how will they deal with Floyds ego and Al Haymon's master negotiating skills? Andre Ward wants to destroy Golovkin right after he finishes off whats left of Kovalev this November. No excuses. No fantasy.

Brand landed cleanly on Ward. Shots he shouldn't have been able to land.

At 168, Golovkin by stoppage, to the body.
    At 171, 50/50.
At 175, Ward barely gets a decision.

This fight is possible. Not for too far in the future either. After Kovalev and Ward and Golovkin vs Jacobs this can be done with any winner.

I saw a welterweight write a blueprint to whipping the middleweight taxi driver. SOG is a master inside fighter and destroys the weak inside fighting of gstring.

Based on the subject and the OP's transparent agenda, it's unlikely this topic will be discussed at a logical level which is unfortunate.

I actually think it would be an interesting fight that would force both guys to stray from their typical fight plan. If Ward beats Kovalev I would favour him to beat GGG, even at 168, but this would not be a wipeout.

The biggest issue is this Floyd/Manny hangover that has carried over to these 2 fighters and imbedded instant hate for the other guy. (look no further than the op's post as an example. Don't cry though Ward fans, GGG fans are just as bad) Neither side accept the flaws of their guy and only see flaws in the other guy.

Ward most over rated fighter on the Planet....He will be retired after the Kovalev fight and we wont have to have this Bull Sh1t shoved down our throats.....

Ward by KO. Team Triple Duck was smart to keep their man away from the SOG...

Doubt Ward can even make 168

Say I'm wrong, I'd favor Ward in a 116-112 like decision
