That's understandable. The Kovalev fight has me a little nervous, but I have a lot of confidence Ward will come through.

 

Do you like to make stuff up just to be heard? Struggles with Smith bullied by GGG. Your scenarios are nothing more than wishful thinking and reaches by someone who knows nothing about boxing. How in the hell is do you struggle with Smith when you win every round and stop him? How the hell is GGG going to back up and bully the stronger and bigger guy to the ropes in Ward? Does that make sense to you? If anyone would be the bully in the ring it would be Ward who would have his way with GGG on the inside and beat his ass to the punch repeatedly from the outside. GGG can be outboxed. Hell a WW in Brook outboxed and undressed GGG in the middle of the ring he's a sucker for the uppercut and he's a counter puncher's wet dream. What do you think Ward will do to his ass? He's yet to face a current gen top 10 P4P you say? Then who the hell has GGG faced? Wade? Rosado? Stevens? Murray? Lemieux? Are you ****ing serious right now? If you and GGG thought Ward was easy work you would have been screaming at the top of your lungs for that fight to happen so that GGG could finally get a legit fight under his belt. But you didn't and we all know why. He knew and his fans knew he would get that work.

I have no problems with what you're saying about Kovalev he's good and dangerous but that's what happens when you dare to be great you win some and you can lose some. Kovalev-Ward is a pick em fight something that GGG knows nothing about because he fights mandos C level guys takes step aside money and drags up WWs. I don't want to hear the excuses about him trying to fight Froch or PBF fight someone of note or **** off. Learn to make concessions or **** off. The guy isn't the second coming you;d think he'd had the resume of SRL and was doing 1.5 million in PPV buys every time out. Canelo is the draw here learn how to humble yourself and get the big fights you want then call the shots. This mother****er wants to walk before he even crawls it's too much to take. GGG is a diva everyone else at one point was dictated to by the A-side Pac, PBF, Canelo, Cotto, Hopkins I could go on and on but GGG is exempt from this process despite having a **** resume and doing **** PPV numbers who does this delusional ****boi think he is?

 

He struggled to take out an out of shape, ill disciplined fat pudding in Smith. Of course he won every round, it doesn't mean Smith didn't have his moments. For example In the 5th round, Smith hit Ward hard in the solar plexis which got Ward's attention and forced him to back up. Then moments later in that same round, Smith stood toe to toe and stunned him with a overhand left hook counter which the commentators had coverup for wards ass and make out it was a headbutt lol

In round 7 Smith hits ward clean, but this time with a hard right hand which leads Ward to instinctively grab hold of him to smother any more work. The commentators can't hide the fact that Ward was impacted by Smith's power. A guy who came to the weigh in overweight and served to be used as a punch yet still had his way with ward during some moments of the fight. Watch it again, without Wards weapon in front of your face.

As for triple G, lemieux was the champ and was ranked top 5 in the division. Again I shall ask what top 5-10 ranked fighter has Andre Ward recently fought?

He's fought that brand guy no one ever heard of and still couldn't take him out and you seriously believe he's capable of bullying GGG? Hahaha, I've never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life. You are acting as if he is 20lbs heavier and 6 inches taller than Golovkin, when side to side they are more than comparable. GGG is more suited to unhinged aggression and brute force, where Ward's game is more running away like a cat and then grabbing and smothering his opponent like some dog on heat.

But once he tastes GGG's power he is going to everything to stay out of range, but it wont work because GGG is the master of cutting off the ring and forcing his prey into making mistakes.

All "White Privilege" Willie gets out of me is GGG KO1. Why the hell would I turn my back on GGG if/when he loses? He's a dad, a husband, a respectful competitor and an action fighter. I love action fighters. I didn't turn my back on Tyson, Tito, Gatti or PAC when they lost. **** happens.

Ward punches Golovkin into a shell. Too fast and too long.

Lead left hands. Left jab , right hand hooks. Circle off. Ward is an excellent switch hitter , a good tactic to employ against a guy who can only come forward. Golockin is good enough to cut the distance , but would only be met with Wards superior strength and inside boxing skills. He gets chopped left and right with hooks and uppercuts, Then he gets rag dolled , turned , spinned to the point he doesn't know what's happening around him.

 

I do not hate Iron Mike. I used to really enjoy messing with Azzer85 or whatever his name is and I think some people way over rate him, but I was/am a massive fan. In fact, in 1997 I had "Iron" tattoo'd on my arm in honor of that guy. No bull****.

 

I see it as a way tougher fight for Ward than a lot of people like Dino the Dip**** do, but I see Ward winning a UD, probably 8 rounds to four.

My best guess is GGG being down 3 to 5 after 8 very competitive rounds, and then Ward winning 3 out of the last 4 down the stretch.

 

I always wonder why on earth anyone would get anything to do with being a fan tattooed on themselves. I don't think there has even been or will be a stranger that I'd care that much about.

 

i think the fight is going to get made, even if ward loses to kovalev. it will still make money and it would still be a very significant enhancement to both their legacies.
i dont think ward is strong enough to deal with a guy like kovalev, and jackson is an excellent trainer and strategist who will have sergey razor sharp.
in his last couple of fights, andre impressed me as a guy moving up a division, but he didnt impress me as the guy who is going to beat kovalev.

 

Golovkin by KO in late rounds. Haters highly underestimate GGG, especially his IQ. There is a slight chance that Ward will get UD. But GGG will not go in the same mode as he was with the likes of Geale, Brook etc. He will catch Ward couple of times and that will be enough to send Ward to sleep. It will end faster if GGG will land one or two shots on liver.
