diaconu struggled in his last fight. if anything else, dawson sparks him.

 

Exactly, it's pure unwarranted hate for Chad. People don't like him for whatever reason and will do anything to discredit him, maybe they should try looking at things objectively.

Who the hell is Diaconu? (I certainly don't hate the guy, but he's about as necessary to Dawson as, say, Miranda is to Kessler).

This thread is the reason why I hate the general forum. To many ****in assholes that don't know **** about boxing.

 

Not to mention that Dawson was signed to fight that overrated **** AD and that it was DIACONU that PULLED OUT of the fight two weeks before the fight. But yeah Dawson is avioding himatsch

 

Chad won clearly against Johnson, anyone who disagrees doesn't know how to score boxing, and is letting personal likes/dislikes effect their judgment.

He is far from a farce, i'd say you will be eating your words like a little ***** in about 2 years time when he is one of the best fighters in the world.

 

I thought the fight was close and it could gone either way for Dawson or Johnson. P.S. i can't believe people still think this Diaconu guy would give Dawson trouble when he barely squeezed by against a C class fighter in Chris Henry and I thought Henry deserved the decision. I see Dawson easily beating Diaconu and stopping him in the 9th.

 

I'm confused about Dawson's actions. If Dawson didn't have plans on fighting Diaconu, then did he show up in the purse bid? Dawson said that he is willing to fight Diaconu, but only in the states. Couldn't Dawson's promoter try to make another deal with the WBC and have the fight in the U.S? I mean Dawson is the champion and the bigger draw, he should be the one calling the shots not Diaconu.

 

Also Henry was robbed against Diaconu who was knocked down couple times during the fight but the corrupt referee ruled them as slips.

 

Diaconu won that fight.

I would like to see a Diaconu v. Dawson fight. No doubt. But, that is different than saying Dawson is a farce.
