The Fastest BantamWeight Ever

Rose had very fast hands. Then again Takao Sakurai made him look like his feet were stuck in cement early in their bout. Now that guy was fast. Some of the quickest feet I've ever seen.

Panama Al Brown looked very quick and slick.

Lora had insane reflexes and hand speed.

Canizales had very quick hands and feet.

Superfly Sandoval was very quick.

 

I was actually about to mention Harada. Light as a feather on his toes and very quick, snappy punches. Could douple and triple up the jabs and left hooks very swiftly.

I really wouldn't pick Chandler....Just have to mention his name anytime Bantamweight comes up!

For my money, I would match Happy's hand speed with anyones.

Donaire has pretty fast hands.

 

Harada was quoted that my dad was the fastest bantam he fought "this is the fastest moving man I've ever fought and hitting him was like trying to hit a fish in deep water".
He might of changed his mind after the Rose fight. Rose had very fast hands and like Vic said, a very fast left hook which he doubled up beautifully.
By the way, there is footage of Sakurai and Olivares. I've seen it, I might even have it.

Enrique Pinder was very fast..don't know about the fastest though.
