The most powerful puncher p4p of all time! But I feel Canelo`s head movement and blocking would have too much for him like McCallum`s was.

    Great video, rez. Love it!

I rate JJ's power over GGG's. Jackson turned peoples lights OFF. He knocked you OUT.

    Cheers rez.

I agree but GGG`s jab is brilliant and opens his opponents up so his accuracy makes him as dangerous a finisher as Jackson because he lands more, GGG would have landed more punches vs McClellan.

yeah another level Jackson was again compared to ggg, by some margin I feel. GGG by far the better puncher overall though..delivery timing ect

he had a tricky power. He didn't swarm guys like GGG, he would sort of sucker them into a mistake and then knock them cold

Brilliant it is ! He had Lemieux tottering back from the jab. Text book way to beat a monster puncher he showed in that fight. The weight of it was impressive !

Canelo is as sturdy a fighter at that weight ive seen, tree trunk solid imo. Add the fact he has very very good upper body movement, and yeah he beats Jackson imo too

I Remember the Graham V Jackson ft like it was yesterday, Birmingham. I was rooting for Graham, him been a Yorkshire lad. Graham was doing great, he was looking the best he had for years. Then BANG!!. I was gobsmacked. That punch from Jackson, so fast, so f....ing powerful!

The term 'knockout artist' could have been invented purely for Jackson. There have been other great knockout punchers - Saddler, Foster, Hearns etc. - but none of them quite take your breath away with their knockouts the way Jackson does. The way he turned his opponent's lights out was so chilling and clinical. Love that instinctive little point down towards the canvas he used to do the split second after he'd banjoed an opponent. He could afford to do it even before they'd hit the deck, because he just knew once he'd landed one beauty it was all over.

At the highest level, bonafide and genuine single-punch knockouts (as in, not coming at the end of a punishing fight or the icing on the accumulative cake) are rare, but Jackson made it look so easy; Graham, Milton, Negron, Norris (I know he made it up, but the fight was effectively over as soon as Jackson iced him on the ropes), Drayton, Powell etc.

The most frightening and, at the same time, beautiful knockout puncher ever caught on film.

Love how he starts the hook from top and has it going downwards.

Prime Tyson deserves a mention for "knockout artist" as well ... although I do put Jackson above him for p4p power
