If he say's he never took em than i believe him. Especially over some ****ing no-mark, bitter trainer who can't string a sentence together.

What i do know from the time is that Benn liked his clubbing (as i did myself), which goes hand in hand with e's, coke and all the rest. I don't think that is gonna enhance his performance at any level of sport.

Like i said nobody's perfect. Especially fighters, and yeah Benn was a snarler, but not once did he come across as a bullshitter.
So if someones horrible (which he wasn't) that makes them a liar too?

The only one being a dick here is you mate with your backhanded accusations. If you think he was on something just say it, no point beating about the bush and testing to see what other people think first.

Resilience has been proven in boxing time and time again, against better fighters and harder punchers than even McClellan.

Benn was on **** all that night, if anyone was on 'roids it was Gerald, to give him a boost after cutting so much weight.

I think the whole thing is bollocks to be honest with ya'. Both were incredibly tough and had to be to take what the other guy was dishing out. Benn put it all together, and complimented his insane powers of recovery with his best ever performance.

Great fight, horrible outcome.
