    Why wasn't Casamayor mentioned yet ?
    There would be clinching, grabbing, headbutts, low blows, punches after breaks and bell, rabbit punches ...

    Sure, Klitschko clinches in a very obvious way with the only intention to halt the action. But in his fight with Thompson, I think the number of clinches were actually below the heavyweight average.
