thats the films main loss...darren arronofsky is superb, he couldve made this a work of art...i like bale, i have confidence he can pull off ecklund quite well...but the film looks a bit ****, not one for the boxing die-hards...wahlberg is a decent actor but not for this role, hes far too pretty looking as well

 

Aronofsky isn't directing it now?

No doubt it will be **** then.

 

They could potentially make a sequel with the Gatti trilogy and all that.

This was also posted on the General and Lounge a few weeks back and more or less everyone complained that it ends with the Neary fight .

The best stories are those that are left untold. Only to be shared with those who have taken an interest and found out a little for themselves. Mass Media rarely does justice to the truth and I fear that is the case here also.
