Pac was likely on PEDs at this point in his career, I kinda feel sorry for Cotto, he seems to have been robbed of his peak years by 2 cheats.
Cotto won one round with his jab then got the **** kicked out of him and dropped twice in those first four rounds. That's not "the best, most highly skilled rounds... with technical brilliance" of the last decade. Almost nothing about the way Pac fights is technically sound anyways. So that sort of throws that idea out the window.

Man Cotto was doing good until he got caught. It was all downhill from there. It had a start of a great fight and then Pac just took his soul.

Not even close. Vasquez v Marquez trilogy have many more better rounds. That was a Cotto demoralized and still recovering by Margarito beatdown.
