OK. Let's say Floyd wouldn't get hit with that shot... you named one fighter. I never claimed either Pac or Broner were elite. MANY high level fighters would get caught by that shot if it is set up right. If you have enough power to hurt someone to the body, they will respect that and that is what sets up the shot.

Maidana is so crude and usually punches wide I'm not even sure if he had meant to feint that to the body first by launching it from waist height, looks like another wide hook from him. One thing though I'm not sure but he looks at Broners body when he ****s that left hand, which would essentially be feinting with his eyes and given that he was throwing it from that position, it did look like it was going to the body.

If Pacquiao was never elite then I don't know many who was.

Mentioning him in the same sense as Broner is disgusting.

Dude stop putting words in my mouth. I didn't say Pac WASN'T elite either. Regardless of WHO was in the ring, the punch, and the defenders reaction to it were very similar.

GTFO here, boxing is not a sport for blind people.
Have your eyes checked by your local optometrist please.

What A|C|S said is completely right, two completely dissimilar punches were thrown. Different footwork. Different hands. Different trajectories. Different SHOTS.

The only thing in common between the two was that it resulted in a knockdown, and it was looping shots. Big whoop. Pacman never should have been caught by that shot, Freddie Roach mentioned it in a interview too.
