Still haven't seen a copy of the new FIST mag.

I buy it every month and I haven't seen a copy in my usual haunts yet.

 

picked this up today and flicked halfway through it thinking FAAARRK whats THIS magazine?? couldnt believe my eyes when i saw it was the fist. great work boys. i think ill start buying it again.

 

I bought it yesterday and it took me about 5 minutes to find it in the newsagent due to the change of appearance. The newsagent fella was actually a boxing fan and we had a bit of a chat about the Pac-Hatton fight.

 

Its under the control of a new group, perhaps not 'flooding' the market with an overload of issues. Hopefully everyone manages to get a copy.

Finally found a copy!

First impressions: very nice - glossy, bigger, better pics etc. Read a few articles - still good - looks like an improvement on what it replaces.

The sceptic in me says that the $7.95 price tag will increase by at least a dollar within about 3 months (see if I'm wrong!) - but I'll still pay it if the quality remains.

 

I'm confused ( i know gutsy :hey) the first edition of the Fist I got by the new patrons/editors is not in full colour issue 21. Have you all purchased No 22?

 

Yep, Vol. 22 which is May, has Mundine on the cover.
