Satterfield, Moorer, Foster, Moore and Curtis Sheppard in terms of power. Think Moorer or Satterfield would be my choice for number 1.
Maher deserves a mention, about all he did have was power, and he ko'd ,hurt ,or wobbled just about everyone he faced with it..
To many to mention, the last 40 yrs we 've had K.Galaxy, Watanabe, Zarate, Gomez, Olivaries , Lopez (Danny), Argeullo, Rosario, Hearns ,Mugabi, Mcclean, Jackson, Foster, Spinks (at lightheavy) Saad Mahmmed , all these fighters had the ability to stop LEGITIMATE competition with one shot..... And that's just the 40 yrs....
All true, but I think we can assume that those guys nearer the 180lbs bench mark, might carry more dynamite than those in the lower weights?
Thought I read below 180, not necessarily lightheavy/super middle limit. But maybe you saw something I didn't ? To me that means from strawweight to lightheavy and fighters in relation to there respective weight class. So yes of course Foster would hit harder then Gomez but in their respective weight class? Pound 4 pound? It's the reason I listed so many, because there have been numerous dynamite punchers under 180. It would be almost impossible to list the 5 hardest punchers under that weight in the history of boxing.
