    I'm not for a second saying these are the best fights to show a noob, these are just personal favourites of mine that I've shown to friends for specific reasons, and they've had the desired effect.

    I was thinking...

    Anderson-Leben for use of the jab in MMA as well as precision Muay Thai striking and a brutal finish

    Fedor-Coleman for (in my opinion) the most perfectly executed submission ever in MMA, the speed and agility of the move are breath-taking, this final moment makes the whole fight worthy of inclusion as I see it

    Maia-Sonnen for some of the most high-level groundwork I've ever seen, a win for world-class BJJ over world-class wrestling/grappling

    Penn-Sanchez for superb takedown defence, excellent all-round MMA striking skills, and a real masterclass from start to finish

    And Shogun-Rampage just for the thrill of it.

    That was bad technique. Leave your arm posted with a 240 man taking you down it breaks. Same as leaving your chin out you get kodded

    I wouldnt call it a win for Mark per see, but, it was Shoguns mistake at the end of the day
