He didn't, and he wasn't. What he was was The Greatest Hype Job Ever. He even patterned his act after that of the flamboyant funny wrestler, Gorgeous George. Get a grownup to tell you about it some day.

i know all about gorgerous george and his wife who made his costumes and the hair pins he threw into the crowd and the meeting he had with clay where cassius used (but gave credit to) george's ideas

flamboyance and charisma doesn't negate his wins. if you can give me concrete, legitimate fights that were dives, cheats, bribes, stolen, or anywise false in any way feel free

I just got it from the internet - and it cracks me up! Gorgeous G was one of the most popular entertainers on early television.

Not fixed, but so many things were against foreman and in Ali's favor that it might have well have been. Ropes were loose, ref was favorable to Ali, the country they fought in was so agaisnt Foreman by fight time their was talk they might kill him if he won, and Foreman was so freaked out by fight time he fought like a zombie with no bite. Keep in mind when Foreman tried to eave to go home during postponment due to injury, they would not let him leave the country.

I dont know that it was fixed but George Foreman looked like sloppy drunk in that fight. His coordination and his balance were terrible. Geroge was never graceful in the ring but I gotta admit that has crossed my mind.

Sadler joining Ali`s camp looks really bad. He was in Manila with Ali.
