I feel sorry for Kovalev, the man has been a good champion and put in a lot of hard work over the years.

I saw this and it doesn't even factor in Roy Jones, Larry Merchant, and the Referee Robert Byrd who all have Kovalev winning.
Look at the sources too, most of the reputable sources have Kovalev.
I mean two sources for Ward are freelancers from magazines I never heard of.
It's obvious Kovalev needed the knockout to get the win. Funny thing is Americans always point abroad at dubious decisions when it's apparent we're at blatant fault far too often if what blame others for.
    Disgrace

So do I. He puts on good shows, fights often and faces the best. To his credit Ward also faces the best but is often inactive and fights negative. Kovalev has been a good sport here but shame he was robbed

Its obvious to most people apart from the ward fanboys that kov won the fight. How can ward won a close fight with a KD against the champion who controlled most of the fight? Hometown decision of course, it didn't surprised me.

Ah, here it is, the first "sweet science" clown to come and say Ward put on a boxing lesson. At no point did he do that. Opinion discarded.

The track record of the judges before round 10 already show that in order for Kov to win a round he had to hurt ward ie round 1 and 2. Round 10 he didn't hurt ward, but round 12 he hurt ward to the body, so 1 judge gave kov that round. So they were consistent in their criteria for this fight even though I strongly disagree with their scoring criteria.

A 49 year old that could have outboxed Wards best wins even in his age. kova won the fight, Ward the decision, deal with it.

What a bunch of jokers. A one round swing is not a fix. You clowns are going to tell me that Kovalev was so far ahead he was robbed? Bull****. That fight was there for the taking and his inexperience in the late rounds showed. Hes been past 8 rounds twice in his entire career prior to Ward and it showed. He was met with a guy who didnt cave into him. He was clearly confused by Wards tactics and had trouble with Wards timing and defense. His mouth was hanging open by the midddle of the fight as well. He pissed away the last six rounds of the fight and you want to pretend that fight was a robbery??? There have been hundreds, maybe thousands of decisions in this sport that were miles worse than that one. Sorry, but your hero whose resume was paper thin simply couldnt rise to the level of greatness. You Kovalev worshippers are just damn lucky he never had to fight someone like a Moore, Spinks, Charles, Greb, or Foster. Hed have gotten embarrassed.

The fight was not even close, 116 -111 Kovalev. I knew the judges would be for Ward....................Kovalev won the fight, look at Ward's face, then look at Kovalev...............

And how would you know the outcome of a hypothetical fight between Classic American boxers and Kovalev? Take your Arse back to the classic section if you want to reminisce about the past.

If it were Harry Greb in Kovalev's shoes, you'd literally never hear the end of what a robbery it was. That's the funny part.
