That seems about right. To be fair he had suffered two Kd's (one counted) in two contests.

no denying that was brilliant , stop using big names to boost ratings and stick with this format

 

I'm still not a lover of it. I still struggled to sit through the whole thing tonight, I felt my attention drifting towards the end.

I was more interested in the Vitali fight which is saying something because that was a poor fight.

 

I find an interest bet helps focus the mind.

 

It would be pretty sad if a HW title fight didnt garner more interest then a domestic Prizefighter, but in reality it provided far more interesting viewing than Vitalis fight did.

Prizefighter deserves its plaudits tonight.

 

The casuals seem to tune in to Prizefighter or at least more so than your standard FFN card. Problem is they want to see fights like that one involving that Kahut geezer. Not necessarily healthy.

 

What I mean though, is I probably would have tuned into any reasonable 12 rounder if it was on. Whether it was a heavyweight title fight or a bog standard title fight, even a British title fight. I seem to enjoy it far more even if its a bit of a crap fight compared to the pace set in some Prizefighter bouts.

 

If they make it less frequent and more like tonight then I'll be a fan. If we're getting one every other month and most are shitty with the odd good one (like tonight) then Hearn can **** off.

 

Thats fair enough, I don't like it when Prizefighter replaces FFN...as long as it doesnt like tonight, I'm happy.

 

Easily the best Prizefighter to date. To be honest, the only reason I tuned in was to see Mark Moran (used to box at same club). Unfortunately he couldn't produce the goods...but still a very entertaining night. The winner very much deserved it...does anyone else think he reminds you of Hatton?...in some ways his fighting style, but doesn't exactly have the boxing ability...

 

Won 25 off Casey the lord. To be fair that was the best prizefighter i've seen a lot of my mates were interested and taking bets among themselves which was great to see. Hardly any fight disappointed. I was a bit gutted with the final, **** all wrong with his eye but Casey was no spring chicken in that fight.

 

I think that its just the quality of the matchups rather then the format in most cases

Put good fighters in with good fighters and you get good matches

There is a sense of urgency though which leads to some of the fights involving lesser fighters been exciting

 

I suspect it was a mild concussion that led to his withdrawal
thats why he couldn't see
concussion can effect vision in one or both eyes
'seeing stars' 'blurred vision' 'poor depth perception' 'reduced peripheral'
and as its a brain injury they are unlikely to blame that and draw enquiries from the board
