It really was very good. The only bad thing was that Owen couldn't contest the final, would have been a great scrap.

And therein lies the one big flaw. I felt cheated.
And as for the fat slappers on the balcony

after the light-middleweights I thought I was never going to watch one again, till I turn up at the pub for a quick one on my way back home with my brother and it's on the TV, I was supprised to actually see some action, so that quick one turned into a right big **** up. was a great night

Great nights boxing, the Primetime show was superb as well.

Prizefighter needs to sort out a system to stop a substitute parachuting straight into the final and winning the tournament purely because they are the fresher fighter though.

Thats true, I would much rather have seen Arthur progress as he in effect caused the injury that meant that Owen couldn't compete.

    That would make sense.

But last night Dave Darts said it was a cut that forced him to pull out, and they said the same on Sky Sports News this morning.

I missed it. I'm not a big fan of prizefighter and thought it's only fun with the heavyweights. Now we finally have a good one with the smaller guys and I miss it.

I meant to ask, what happened to Wayne McCullough? Completely missed why he had pulled out.

^Tyson Fury called him "desperate" on Twitter for entering the tournament:lol:

Nah the real reason is he had a hand injury.

Yes, reason being a concussion is a brain injury
they're not going to wish anyone to know that they were concussed
the cut was a non issue
he was concussed and thus suceptable to being knocked out
    as he could not see
anyone who has been concussed before will testify your in no fit state to fight one the effect start to set in
usually a few minutes after the initial trauma:good
