    I agree that Ward should've won the lineal KHW title, and still would've dominated Chad (wouldn't have stopped him though IMO)

    I think Ward beats Dawson at 175 too.

    Light-heavy should be considered more prestigious division, for two reasons - 1. it's older, established back in the day, whereas super-middle is a bit like a 'junior/in-between' thing still, historically speaking, and 2. being able to beat 'anyone in the world 175 pounds or less' is a step above being able to beat anyone in the world 168 or less.

    Maybe they can do it again. :good

    My memory could be failing me but I think it was stupulated that Lalonde come in at under the SMW limit. He may have weighed 164?. ANd Leonard apparently loaded his pockets to 'make' the limit. Either way, what a total joke the circumstances were, surrounding that fight :-(

    has been an interesting read in regards to the history of catchweights etc

    and bollox if thats true about that fight that is shocking.
