Leonard and Duran are interchangeable at 2/3. You can make a case either way between them. Hagler #1 and Hearns #4 are indisputable, both a great distance from Leonard/Duran in either direction.
Agree. #2 or #3 can be either SRL or Duran Personally I think Duran would be #2 but there is a case for either way.
Well, Hagler is a career middleweight while Duran was a career Lightweight. imo, you can't really compare the 2 since Hagler never moved up. Duran, Hagler, and Leonard all had great chins though, so I wouldn't argue any of their places.
I think it's understood that we're ranking them p4p over the course of their careers. That still IMO leaves it: 1) Hagler 2) Duran (or Leonard) 3) Leonard (or Duran) 4) Hearns
Hagler Leonard Duran Hearns I place Leonard over Duran based upon their performances against Hearns. Hearns had no problem KOing Duran but despite dropping Leonard, Hearns never had him hurt as bad as Duran.
i know it's not as simple as this, but their respective performances against the biggest puncher in there (tommy), suggest leonard had a better chin than duran.
