Divac has singled me out on this thread, but we're all unanimous. We all want to see Morales win...and win big.

You must be insinuating that I'd rate a Marquez win over Morales as an achievement.
I was the first person in this forum to say that this Morales fight for Marquez carries little to nothing in terms of significance toward his legacy......

......in fact, whatever happens in this matchup, Marquez only stands to lose his standing as far as legacy is concerned if he is beaten by Morales.......


......as for Morales, he stands to lose nothing as nobody expects him to win.
In fact, Morales standing can even go up even is he loses, by simply having a good showing and staying competitive.

To put it in football terms, the defense (Marquez) has been drawn offsides and the quarterback (Morales) has the ball in his hand with a chance at a free play down the field........a win win for Morales.

I'll state it clearly, Marquez should'nt get any more credit for beating Morales than MAB should get credit for beating Johnny Tapia and Paulie Ayala.
