    The guy was a solid fighter but still a middleweight.

    He was a big step up but only in terms of poor middleweights to a decent solid middleweight.

    How?! The guy wasn't even a genuine SMW! Frank was exposed for the average boxer he is.

    So what? That hardly means it wasn't a good step up and a competitive fight.

    Not many people were claiming he was a future world champion anyway.
