Yep... I've heard plenty like that. Nothing worth repeating though. Disturbingly, most of it I've heard at actual fights coming from the people sitting around me. I'd swear I'm the only guy who knows anything about boxing whenever I attend a live event..

I was at a circle K and I saw the Mayweather-De La Hoya poster so I had picked it up and the guy behing the counter asked me

"Do you think Mayweather will get revenge?"

So, I stood there looking at him and said "De La Hoya never fought Mayweather, much less beat him. This is there first fight."

He just stood there staring blankly and ringed up what I got.
