And where do you want it to go?

This is in regards to anything and everything - amount of rounds boxed at the top level (or any other level). Would you like 15 round bouts back, or even 20 round bouts like before 1950. Or do you think it's more likely that 12 round bouts will be retained, or possibly even reduced to 10 rounders?

What about governing bodies? It's fair to say that almost all boxing fans want them to disappear entirely, with only one establishment and one champion in each division. However, Do you ever question this idea? could the fact there is only one governing body lead the way to huge corruption within the sport where a fighter could be kept from getting near a title shot for reason that have nothing to do with his ability?

Weight Divisions - do you think the 16 divisions we have are acceptable, or do you think that eventually they will go back to 8 weight divisions like in the past? Is it at all possible that with the prominence of high-level catchweights, there will be yet more weight divisions added to increase the validity of them in the eyes of some?

Glove sizes - they have been tampered with in the past for several reasons. Do you see them getting lighter to perhaps increase the amount of knockouts if the sport bombs in popularity?

Drug testing? Do you believe more stringent drug testing should be introduced to the sport and do you believe it will happen at some stage?

Training methods, the prominence/acceptance of female trainers? The death/increasing extortion of PPV? Ring Magazine - do you believe the influence of it will wither and die?

Where do you think the sport is going? Add your own things that I haven't included too.

Where do I want it to go... back to the older rules. Fewer weight classes (although possibly recalibrating them to deal with the super sized heavys) Fewer sanctioning bodies, fights on network tv....

Where it's actually going... More sanctioning bodies, more alphabet paper champs, more weight classes, fights between two scrubs on PPV, When someone mentions the heavyweight champion of the world, people probably first think of the UFC champ. It's sad.

12 rounds is about right i think..Fewer sanctioning bodies - These corporations are strangling boxing..
Bringing boxing back to the people - in the UK there isn't much boxing on, and if there is, you most likely gotta pay..
More stringent drug testing is a must - drug use goes against everything boxing stands for!..

With regards to women trainers etc - I don't care who trains the boxers, as long as they know their s***...

I think most people on here will want the same things to change, to get better etc - but it all actually happening is another thing, with all the money men involved ( shady promoters etc) who only serve themselves..
