Cuba might get fighters in 3 more weightclasses
64 kilo Ronald Iglesias ranked number 10
69 kilo Carlos Banteur ranked number 14
75 kilo Emil Correa ranked number 22

Not sure if these three veterans get the chance or maybe some other cubans take their place. in early may we will know

A quartet of monarchs reissued supremacy, the medium again defeated Luis Ramon Emilio Correa and Camaguey team took the lead in the boxing tournament concluding date Playa Giron, reports AIN.

Bands retained the welterweight Carlos Banteur (SCU), the light welterweight Roniel Iglesias (PRI), the Heavyweight Julio Cesar La Cruz (CMG) and the slight Yasniel Toledo (CMG), all Pan American champions.

Banteur added his fourth reign in line with good win over a Arisnoide Despaigne (SCU) willing to move him, and Roniel also reached that number, counted as a fly, to neutralize unhurried Richard Poll (SSP).

The cross was too much for Kindelan Yaikel (SCU) and brokered a third leadership, and Toledo was more demanded by Sotomayor Lorenzo (PRI), but was wrong despite the best plan in the third act.

For the medium Luis (CMG) was the second great joy of the season before the king continental Correa (HAB), baffled by the mobility and the work of this with his left hand, although the lawsuit insatisfizo technically.

Among those who made their debuts as starters, the cruise Leinier Peró (CMG) and fly Robeisis Ramirez (CFG) completed the Pan graceful monarchs to have Jose Angel Larduet (SCU) and Olandy Rapelado (PRI), in that order.

The pen Norlan Yera (VCL) rallied disadvantage Mark Forest (GTM), the flyweight Yosvany Veitia (SSP) took the sash to Daniel Matellón (HAB) and the super complete Erislandy Savon (NAM) met face Yoandry Maceo (GRA).

Camagüey took the trophy by 38 points, ahead of Santiago de Cuba (34), leader last year, and Havana (29).

    The facts:
Abril was able to nullify Rios imposing his tactic at will, however he was using all night long illegal tools to keep Rios at bay (grabbing, pushing, ... ).
The Cuban offensive was scarce and not impressive at all, although he had some nice flash hits during the night and in almost every round ... instead in order to win decisively Abril should had to follow on with his attacks when he had success, instead he opted to hit and grab. He was quite successful in using the kind of defensive receipt a la Mayweather, but he was not as successful to mount impressive offensive to the same extent.
Abril was although able to neutralize Rios, but even then Rios had his share of connects during the night, I would say that I would not be surprise if Rios was even able to connect more than Abril, and thus deserving the verdict.
