250K is nothing, that wont last him a year, heck that would get him a nice walk up apt in florida and that's it..

and LOLOLOL at him being better than stevenson, felix savon, hector vinent, ariel hernandez, mario kinderlan all had better careers than rigondeaux in the amateurs and rigo hasnt done anything in the pros to surpass them.. and he is 32yrs old already so he has probably two to three yrs more four max and at the rate he is going that means 8more fights for him before has to call it quits

well i guess he'll lose his money even faster than i thought... restaurants are the worst type of business to get into especially for a guy like rigo that doesnt know **** about it...

in cuba his house, medical care, education, food, car all was provided for him .. he lived like a king all he needed to do was train as a fighter... lets see how he likes his life once his boxing career is over in the states and he needs to work watching dishes or as a janitor somewhere

    :hat

People dog Rigondeaux's opposition while praising Donaire's. People don't realize that when Rigondeaux beat Cordoba in his 7th pro fight, he beat a guy that had beaten Celestino Caballero on the road in Caballero's home country of Panama. None of Donaire's 122 pound opponents would have beaten Caballero at 122. You can put Cordoba, and Ramos up favorably against any of Donaire's 122 pound opponents.

HAVANA (AP) — Cuban authorities say Olympic silver medalist boxer Arnaldo Mesa has died. He was 46.
Government-run sports website Jit.cu says Mesa died Monday in the eastern city of Holguin, several days after he was hospitalized for a stroke.
Mesa, a southpaw, was born Dec. 6, 1966, in the eastern province of Santiago.
In 1996 he was runner-up in the bantamweight class at the Olympics in Atlanta. He won a gold medal at the Pan American Games in 1991, in Havana, and again four years later in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
His funeral is planned for Wednesday.

No you can't, Ramos loses to all of them, possibly excluding Arce. I didn't see Caballero Cordoba, but that was way back before Caba broke through. Cordoba was the undefeated hometown favorite. You see, he's also from Panama. And more recently was seen getting koed by Bernard Dunne.

But I did see Caballero Mathebula, also in Panama, and the out of towner got robbed. That was when Caba was ring p4p ranked and unified titlist at 122.
