Wow, this thread has been going for more than a year and now is when you see it!? Good post and I agree with you, the Cubans are a major powerhouse in boxing but have been banned for too long. Just now is that we are starting to see a big group of Cubans participating in the pros! :good

PS - Stevenson was a monster ... :scaredas:

The irish based trio. Nothing happening . Garcia and Perez last time in action in november. Collado-Acosta last fight in october.
They seems so ready for bigger fights.

The promotional alliance between Gary Shaw Productions and Warriors Boxing will now extend to two more young punchers as they proudly announce the signing of Puerto Rican amateur star Jorge Maysonet and equally promising Cuban former world amateur champion Vilier Quinones to co-promotional dealsxxxxxxSuper middleweight power puncher Vilier Quinones finished his amateur career with a record of 275 wins and 26 losses. He was member of Cuba’s National Team and a world junior champion. The 25-year-old has been sparring with light heavyweight world champion Jean Pascal recently while preparing for his professional debut, scheduled for December 3 at the Magic City Casino (famous Flagler Dog Track) in Miami, Florida.

Mister Puertorricane. I guess you dont really like cuban fighters , thats why you want this thread to end. But i promise you it will not end. A lot of interesting info and opinions
in this thread. There are something like 25 unbeaten cubans fighting most of them based in Miami and a lot of us want to see how far they can go.
