Don't under estimate the weight problem for Pavlik.

Good point Hermit Pavlik may not be Middleweight much longer. In a few months we could be looking at Pavlik versus Froch for the world smw title

Pavlik is discipline and they spend time keeping his weight down and keeping kelly in good shape.

Even if he does have a problem with the weight ... I don't expect him to lose at middleweight.

There's definitely some good up and comers to look forward to in the division. Lee, Greene, Quillin.. the middleweights are still far from being an " elite " division but nevertheless it still looks like it's got a lot of solid fighters to look forward to in the future. :good

really looking foward to this fight tonight, can see lee winning in rounds 5 or 6 by stoppage.

the middleweights are a very interesting prospect at the minute with 3 highly marketable fighters in pavlik, duddy and lee and hopefully because of this it will lead to some superfights in the next year and a half.

im not dismissing abraham,he's a very talented fighter but seems more interested in defending his title against nothings than stepping up and fighting top 10s.dont even get me started on the waste of a sanction fee felix sturm.how about he actually begins to act like a champ and fights somebody ... anybody that is slightly accomplished, imo outside germany he gets beaten by any of the noted above.

assuming pavlik gets past lockett it will be very interesting to see how the next two years of the mw division pans out,who will become dominant ... imho i think its a split between the purity of lee and sheer brutality of pavliks clubbing right, one thing is for sure, we will se many exciting fights in the next 18 months and without doubt duddy will be at the heart of a few of these.

Every time he talks about weight he throws in the disclaimer, "As long as it is healthy". That's why I wonder. I know he wants to stay now that he has the title.

Man Lee can't handle Pavlik ... I'm watch Lee right now and although he looks good -- I don't think he can handle Pavlik's power and aggressiveness !!

If they fight this year Pavlik knocks him out early ...
I like the sneaky left hand and the fact that he now resides in Michigan but other than that ... he doesn't stand a chance against the bigger, stronger, and more skilled Pavlik.

Don't count on Lee beating Pavlik ever !!

Pavlik is the face of the middleweight division until he moves up in weight ... thats a guarantee !!

Yes,he did.Golovkin also stopped Andre Dirrel at the last olympic tournament.

Anyway! I guess that now you wont create that many threads about Lee anymore, wont you!

Well,Lee has been hyped a lot on his forum so that after yesterday's loss he will be called a fraud or a bum or something like that.
People tend to overreact when a hyped fighters loses.Lee still has great potential. However,he still has to learn one or two things.

Now the posts of Pavlik being a bum in a 'no talent' division just got louder. I was looking for Lee to add some credability.

There is still Artur Abraham out there.

Middle weight for sure isnt the most exciting division out there.
However, whoever calls himself a box aficionado has the desire to watch Pavlik vs Abraham
