The genesis of MABS Style

    It all started in the second Jones fight, and i have to ask why did he employ this style against Jones who was a superior boxer at the time.

    Im not sure if he was as versital at this time. I think he had the ability to box and brawl, but I dont think it was until the fights with Morales and with Naseem that he knew when to employ which style.

    When i say style i mean the boxer puncher style he used against Hamed,everyone thinks thats were it started but it was against Jones were he first employed it.

    Ok I can agree with you there, but I still think it took some time for him to learn when to flip the switch between the two. Now it seems natural.

    Him utilizing the brawling style in the first fight with Jones wasn't too successful. Him boxing got him through to the distance. The decision was pretty close from what I recall.
