    Was GGG in his prime. Watch the 2nd round where Golovkin puts a sorry beating on Ishida with precise killer shots. That Golovkin would have iced Ward in my opinion

    He's 34 so it's entirely possible. We may never know what Prime GGG would be like against top opposition. Same goes for Sergio Martinez and Luis Ortiz.

    It's entirely possible he's past peak. Possible 15 percent declined. That Ishida fight was over 3 years ago. At 34 most boxers are in decline. Every year GGG loses stsmina speed reflexes etc

    I don't think we've even seen the best GGG.

    Also, I think Mayweather had one of his best performances at the ripe age of 36. :good

    Too difficult to compare Floyd with GGG. Floyd went for the win while GGG goes for the kill. He actively tries to break down his opponent. Like a thug. GGG won't be beating his opponents at 36 with this aggressive high output Beatdown style.

    But this is why GGG is loved. Cuz he's a killer in the ring.
