Would love GGG to win but I suspect it maybe more conclusive in Canelo's favour. I think the extra weight might help GGG but Father time is a harder thing to overcome.
Canelo is the rightful favorite but I just have this gut feeling that something shocking is going to happen like in Pacquiao Marquez 4 and that GGG is going to shock the boxing world and win by TKO. I think that not having to make 160 will make a positive difference for GGG. Canelo is coming off a dominant loss his confidence maybe down.
I hope you're right. Ryota Murata doesn't have near the power, speed or skills which Alvarez possesses. In Golovkin's last fight he did not handle Murata's power well. He was stopped in his tracks a couple of times and looked uncomfortable when he got hit. Hard for me to see Golovkin winning this.
I'm sure Canelo isn't the only one planning to get a ko. I think that GGG is definitely planning for an all out assault at the right time in this fight. I believe the blue print will be round 10 of the 2nd fight. The jab to the big right, if GGG hurts Canelo I don't think GGG will let him off the hook. The plan is to take Canelo out.
GGG beat the boy twice already, if he beat him again 7-8 years past him prime, it would be one of the greatest wins in the sports history
Do y'all think that GGG will finally touch the canvas for the first time in this fight, likely to be his last one?
GGG has gained alot of muscle the last couple years. 168 should really work for him.He said he feels great and is ready for whatever Canelo brings.
