If he does make it, you're going to look sillier.

With Mickey Walker at #7? How do you come to that conclusion?

How long did Robinson-Docusen remain under wraps though? That footage was not known to exist outside the Docusen family (who was previously only rumored to possess it), until very recently.

They have a lot of fights but no one knows exactly what they have got. The amount of fights they got is worth loads.

Also it aint a rumour, also I said ESPN might have Greb footage.

If Jacobs and Cayton had Greb footage, we'd know about it. From what I understand, the films of Harry that have surface came to light many years after they died, and from a source outside the ESPN library. ESPN should probably hire Tyson to help catalog the Cayton-Jacobs collection, as he's perhaps the one most familiar with it.

He is a lock for this particular list, without a doubt. This list is extremely no footage/ESB classic friendly. Its basically a pre-Ali list, with exceptions made to fit in ESB classic favourite Duran of course. Ali will not be on the list despite the fact that he's easily top 5 and with Robinson being such a commercial favourite to the no.1 spot, i wouldn't be surprised to not see him on this list at all.

Although i'm not sure the author means this to be an actual top 10 as much as homage to great fighters of the past.

Ali shouldn't be easy Top5 on any p4p list. What is the argument to rank him above Armstrong, Robinson, Greb, Langford, Charles?

Well he has an official record and visual evidence over Greb and Langford. Their actual fight records are unknown. You cannot possibly know the quality of opponents Langford fought, or the circumstances surrounding his fights. Who was prime, who was shot, who didn't train properly, who had trouble making weight, who was paid off, who took a dive etc. With Greb there is absoluetly no fight footage and to a lesser extent than with Sam Langford, you still don't know the circumstances. Circumstances would not be a problem, if you treat modern fighters in the same fashion(which you don't).

Charles. He has a better resume than Charles. Beating Patterson, Liston, Frazier, Foreman and including himself, it is debatable that this makes up 1/3 of the greatest HW's of all time.

Armstrong and Robinson. I never said he was. Infact i never said he was better than anyone specifically. I said he was easily top 5.
