    100% agreed and I like Norris but he was D-O-N-E by 1998 and running on fumes.

    I think Oscar would have beaten any version of Norris but certainly the shopworn version of 1998.

    Man terry norris was a beast
    & Oscar was at his best in 99 when he fought Tito
    If it the same guy that fought Tito I got Oskar.

    In 98 DLH, but a prime Norris was better and more powerful than anyone DLH ever beat, Norris was simply better at 154 than DLH who never beat a fighter as good as Norris at 154 or above, Norris was two-fisted and threw amazing combos, DLH didn't throw enough right hands.
