Bollocks, I thought I had missed the Witter/Lynes fight but just seen in Radio Times that he hasn't even been broadcasted on C5 yet...

I only asked what happened because I thought I had missed it!

 

Golovkin looks very small for a middleweight.

 

I remember very well, that was unreal.

 

Sturm won't go near him unless the WBA get tough which they won't. Now that Pirog-Geale is looking unlikely as Pirog has to face N'Jikam, i've a feeling Sturm is going to try and get Geale over to fight him, thus avoiding even further the harder fight which is Golovkin.

Does anyone know if Tim Witherspoon lives in the UK? He always seems to be over here doing stuff, where does he live?

It was great seeing him on the tele tonight.

 

He does need to step up a bit but I would imagine there won't be too many wanting to face him?

He did have a girlfriend in Sheffield and he was spending a lot of time there (addicted to kebabs by all accounts) he's at virtually every EBF show these days.

 

They'll probably show highlights if there's time afterwards.

Channel 5 are a bit weird with the order they show things. I think they try and shoehorn the boxing into their schedule (as they're busy showing ancient episodes of CSI that no-one watches).

 

Seriously? Ahh too bad. I kinda hoped Lynes would win I just don't like Witter for some reason...he irks me :S
