    He really was a man who could feint with his feet and his head. I love the way he moves his head one way, the feet the other, and pulls his head back across completely confusing his on-rushing opponent. Just sublime stuff.

    Is that you Monte Cox?

    Harold Johnson deserves a mention here, his bout with Ezzard Charles was a superb display of feinting and jabbing by both men. Also Tony Canzoneri was a brilliant feinter.

    In a sense, you could say he managed to feint an entire career.

    Fitzimmons. His Ko of Corbett can be seen on film. Fitz feints high, then delivers a crippling body shot to the ribs.

    Jack Johnson said Fitz was able to fake him out on feints, and Fitz was a washed up and injured fighter when that match happened.

    Gans paid to be in Fitz camp to learn.
