We've got one of these at the gym and hardly anyone uses it... I was thinking that it would be a good machine to use for boxing training, presumably working the brachii, biceps, posterior deltoids, trapizius and Lats.... Anyone used one? Also any suggestions for routines. The resistence doesn't seem to alter much on the settings- is this normal. Any feedback appreciated. :thumbsup

I would LOVE to have one of those. I simiulate a similar excercise on one of our cable row machines in the gym. Pulling excercises build alot of core functional strength. I use it mainly to hit my core. 3 days later my abs are still hurting..

What do you reckon Scurla.... what would you suggest for a intermediate excerciser? I was thinking 1 min climbs with a one min rest?

Definitly intervals. Increase the time and resistance as you get more accustomed to the form and exercise.
